Show me the Monet

Sketchbook

To update the sketchbook proportion of this blog  daily is the main objective- I’ve set the goal of having a sketchbook with me at all times this summer. It will act as a journal- keeping track of the people I meet, and the places I go. Quick studies, gestural figures, blind contours, line contours, and full detail portraits and drawings will fill the pages as I move through the Summer months.

The below drawings are random pages from sketchbooks I worked in during my first year at NSCAD.

8B graphite pencil- a drawing in the time it took my puppy to pee.

I was told that a sign read " There's always money in the banana stand " at the Fight tuition fees protest. I did not mean for this drawing to look so..suggestive?
